Château les Pins 2016

Terroir: Southern slope of the Corbières massif. Schist and clay-limestone soils. Very dry climate with exceptional exposure to the sun. Grape varieties: Grenache, Malvoisie, Roussanne. Vinification: in new barrels with regular lees stirring. Ageing: kept on fine lees for 6 months. Colour: pale golden yellow with green hints. Aromas: flowers and white pulp fruit, heightened by a hint of vanilla. Palate: balanced, fresh and intense. Serving hint: serve chilled (10° C) Sommelier’s tips: ideal with all fish in sauce, as well as white meat and dry cheeses.
