MUSCAT DE RIVESALTES 2020

Terroir : Schistous marl and calcareous-clay soils.

Vinification : Direct pressing of the grapes at cold temperature. Pre-fermentation maceration during 36 hours. The wine has been fortified on the juice then cooled down.

Tasting notes : Pale gold yellow robe. The nose is expressive, with mainly flowers and fruity notes (citrus, bergamot). It has a lot of freshness and delicacy and is long in the mouth with notes of citrus, peach and litchi.
