A word from the winegrower : For this cuvée, the first certified organic wine from the estate, we wanted to make a wine with a lot of structure and balance, sweetness and length, a great red wine but not woody. Tasting comments : Deep colour, young ruby colour. Attractive nose with its fruity freshness (sloe), floral dimension and discreet spices. A complete and complex wine, ready to leap forward, so juicy is its fruit and its greedy texture. We bite the sun to death.
