This Vintage dated wine, crafted almost exclusively with Mauzac, is the “signature expression” of what makes Limoux such a great terroir for sparkling wines, with 7 generations of experience and passion of the Antech family.

Robe: Appealing golden color with a fine effervescence Nose: Subtle aromas of quince, fruits with white flesh and hydromel Mouth: Complex and balanced, with a lot of orchard fruits and a long finish

Pairing & service: Serve chilled (7-8°C/45-47°F), as an aperitif wine, to accompany fish with cream sauce or fresh goat cheese.
