Dark Grenache color with purple reflections. First nose of white pepper, cherry and raspberry, floral and spicy note. After aeration, notes of mocha and blackberry complete this nose. The tannins are powerful, with a grainy structure. On the palate, the register evolves into anise and a stick of liquorice, always keeping the red fruits. Confidence is a powerful wine that remains fresh and elegant to consume with red or white meats and cheeses. Serving temperature: rather cool 16-17 ° C. Can be kept for 7 to 10 years.
