CHATEAU LA VILLATADE

Château La Villatade is located 10 minutes from Carcassonne on the foothills of Montagne Noire. After 30 years spent in new technologies, the new owners since 2016 wanted their vineyard to be in accordance with the principles of biodynamics: a sustainable, certified HVE3, clean and environmentally conscious viticulture. The terroir shared between shales, sand and limestone, allows the production of wines with a unique expression. On the 37 acres of vineyard we produce around 50.000 bottles per year of highly rated wines, in AOP “Minervois” & IGP “Pays d’Oc” .
