Domaine de Sauzet

30 minutes from Montpellier, Montoulieu valley is a paradise for the vineyard. Located at the foot of the "Demoiselles Cave", Domaine de Sauzet is one of the oldest wine estate in this region, among one of the first to cultivate the vine and to make wine at its own cellar. Planted on hillsides, the vines grow on a very complex chalky-claeye soil which is well drained. We cultivated the vineyard in organic since the beginning, and we were certified in 2012. Currently, we produce a range of 11 wines.
