MAS D'AUREL

The vineyard is located in the north of the Gaillac appellation, on the Cordes plateau at an altitude of 300m, near the medieval town of Cordes sur Ciel, 1 hour from Toulouse. Our family property was created in 1963 and today we cultivate 28 hectares of AOC Gaillac, on a clay-limestone soil. We are certified HVE since 2017 and have started the AB conversion this year.
