In 1990, Alexandre and Patricia de Mortillet made their dream happen by getting back to their roots... farming grapes and producing wines, following in his 2 times great grandpa Henri Mares footsteps in 1844. In Pignan, close to Montpellier, is the beautiful vineyard surrounded by garrigue vegetation and old olive trees, facing the Mediterranean sea: known as Domaine de la Prose In 2000, a perfect troglodyte cave was built by Alexandre.
