Domaine de Monthélys

Out of a passion for the world of wine, I created in 2018 the Domaine de Monthélys in the heart of the Faugères Appellation. At an altitude of 300m, surrounding the little medieval village of Cabrerolles, the 5 ha of vineyards follow the curves of this unique terroir whose soil is 100% schist. Our red wines have character, combining power and elegance while preserving freshness. You will findthe aromas of garrigue, spices and ripe fruit. The Domaine is in its third year of organic conversion and the grapes are harvested by hand.
