Domaine de Monthélys

Out of passion for the world of wine, and coming from a completely different background, in 2018 I created the Domaine de Monthélys in the heart of the Faugères appellation. At an altitude of 300m, surrounding the pretty little medieval village of Cabrerolles, the 5 ha vineyard follows the curves of this unique terroir, of which soil is 100% schist. Our red wines have character, combining power and elegance while preserving freshness. You will find in your glass the aromas of garrigue, spices and ripe fruit. The Domaine is in its 3 rd year of organic conversion and the harvest is manual.
