Au fil de soi 2018

It is a late baptism for a cuvée that was born more than 30 years ago. It took as many vintages in tandem for Christine and Luc to get to know each other better. Dabbling to balance the grape varieties, to refine the maturation. Increasing the toasting time, varying the size of the containers, for greater subtlety. It was in 2014 that they felt their work was complete. That's when they renamed it "Au Fil de Soi".
