Description
Destemming and traditional vinification by grape variety. Vatting for 2 weeks. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 9 months in 300 litre French oak barrels. Serving temperature of 15°C. Obviously, to be enjoyed with cooked dishes. On slightly matured cheeses. To be opened at least 2/3 hours before the meal.
