Vinification: Traditional in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats - manual winding in the morning and evening for 10 days. Aging: On lees for 3 months. Aging potential: 5 years Tasting commentary: Color: intense purple. Aromas: beautiful balance between aromatic notes of raspberry, blackberry, gingerbread and cocoa. Silky on the palate with good length.
