L'Envol is one of the 3 wines created by Baptiste Delmas when he came to the family winery. It represents his gain of independence by the Mauzac vinification. Mainly used for sparkling wines, the Mauzac is not well-known made as a still wine. For this reason, Baptiste decided to sow the beauty of this grape variety in a new light. L'Envol will surprised you by its aromatic profile that differentiates by Mauzac usual expression. We will enjoy the harmonious finesse at each second of the tasting.
