Domaine Delmas

Successor from a long 4-generations tradition, Baptiste Delmas is walking on the steps of his father, Bernard, in the 34ha vineyard planted with Mauzac, Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot noir. On the heights of the “Haute-Vallée de l’Aude”, Pyreneans foothills and terroir of predilection of balanced wines, that all the grapes are grown following an environment-friendly agriculture since 1986. Thanks to a strict selection of the plots, juices, a thoughtful vinification and aging, the wines created are revealing the potential of the region.
