Description
Robe pourpre et profonde il offre une intensité aromatique riche et puissante, des notes de fruits sauvages framboise, cassis, d’épices poivrées et légèrement vanillées. La bouche est voluptueuse et dense, attaque fraiche, les tannins sont serrés et soyeux, on retrouve ces notes de fruits noirs et d’épices, et une longue finale sur des notes vanillées. Pour 70% des raisins, vinification avec longue macération (environ 3 semaines). Pour 30% des raisins, macération carbonique (raisin entier). Un passage bois de 10% des cuvées
