Colour: a deep garnet-red colour with hints of velvety purple . Nose: complex candied fruit with aromas of spices, “garrigue” and black berries. Palate: Round and supple with soft and blended tannins. Liquorice (zan) blends with spices, pepper and “garrigue”. A fine balance leaning towards softness and combining freshness and complexity. This wine combines perfectly with grilled meat, roasted lamb, pasta, poultry and cheese. Already pleasant to drink – ageing potential of seven to eight years minimum
