The 12-century old wine estate is located in a hamlet called Cambous, 30 kms North-West of Montpellier. It spreads over an exceptional terroir of 20 ha planted with Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre for AOP Terrasses du Larzac, Clairette Blanche for AOP Clairette du Languedoc and rare varieties like Clairette Rose and Aramon. A uniquely wide range of pebbles covers most of the surface of the best plots. The winemaking is made from carefully selected, hand-picked grapes in an age-old stone cellar.
