Description
Eye: intense garnet-red with deep purple hints. Nose: definitely fruity with red fruits (morello cherry) and “garrigue” notes. Slightly peppery. Palate: supple yet well-structured, the mouth reveals both characteristics of Grenache i.e it is sharp and unctuous. Freshness and fruit are sustained by round and elegant tannins. It turns out to be voluptuous and well-balanced with a lingering finish. Light in alcohol! This fine wine is a good companion to grilled meat and poultry, but also fish in red wine sauce and soft cheese… Already pleasant to drink – ageing potential of three to five years.
