Eye: a limpid colour with pale gold yellow hints. Nose: subtle, fresh and lively with aromas of white flowers and candied white-flesh fruits. Palate: a fine balance between the roundness and the freshness of the fruit. The pleasantly sharp finish adds liveliness. Light in alcohol and very fruity! This fine Coteaux du Languedoc will be appreciated along with asparagus, goat cheese or leek pie and of course fish, seafood and shellfish. Very pleasant and refreshing for aperitif. To be drunk young – ageing potential of two to three years
