Description
Cabernet Franc was harvested in mid-October; after a 3-day maceration, it fermented and macerated for two weeks, before being extracted and put in new barrels and one wine barrels, in 225L French oak, for a long period of 36 months, where it also carried out malolactic fermentation. After bottling, without filtration, the wine enjoyed a period of ageing in the bottle for a few years before being put on the market.
