TASTING NOTES
Its deep garnet color with purple reflections, its nose with aromas of small black fruits, mixed with liquorice and hints of vanilla. On the palate, it offers aromas of blackcurrant, pepper and more liquorice. Its balanced, velvety mouthfeel with the taste of small red fruits make it a round wine typical of grape varieties and harmonious.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve at 17° C, with grilled red meats, cassoulet, boar, assorted cheese…or just chocolate !
