History

The Domaine Saint-Martin is a family property located in the Aude Department of the Languedoc region, 10 kms from Carcassonne’s Medieval Cité. Acquired by the family in 1919, it had previously been a farm owned by the Viscounts of the Cité of Carcassonne, breeding livestock and cultivating various types of plantations in addition to vines and olive groves. Nestling in a valley, surrounded by stunning, wild landscapes, the property is run by the fourth generation of wine producers and represents 150 hectares of vines and 6 hectares of olive trees.
