Wine making process
Fermentation during 15 days, at low temperature. Short Maturation in vat on fine lees, during 6 months and bottling at the domaine.
Tasting notes
A beautiful cherry red colour. Complex nose of berries and spices, real good aromatic concentration. Fresh. Tasteful and fruity palate. Round tannins, well structured. A real pleasure to drink on all bbq meals!
Serving suggestions
Serve at about 16°C, with all barbecue meals.

This wine can be enjoyed now or in the coming 3 to 4 years.
