Description
Wine making process
The picking, spread over more than a month, is done by machine. The grapes are destemmed and ferment in concrete tanks. Long maceration with temperature control and wooden oak staves during 7 months.
Tasting notes
Right from the start you admire its deep red, almost black, with violet reflects. Much delicacy in the nose, plenty of blackberry and bilberry, with a delicate note of vanilla. Notes of crystallised cherry on the palate, well-structured with round tannins. Long and fresh finish.
Ageing potential
Drinking beautiful now, it will easily keep another 4-5 years.
