Clairette du Languedoc Rancio moelleux 2012

Naturally sweet white wine made from botrytised grapes, aromas of prunes, almonds, apricots, raisin and honey (botrytis style) with menthol hints.. It goes perfectly with foie gras, apple crumble, apple pie “tarte Tatin”, lemon meringue pie or it can be drunk as an aperitif or digestive drink. Very long ageing potential. Should be drunk chilled.
